I was born in Madison, Wisconsin.

I also lived in Detroit, Chicago, and Cleveland as a kid.

I went to high school at University School in Hunting Valley, Ohio.

I moved to California in 1993 to go to Stanford University.

I recevied a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology and Society

My concentration was in Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction.

I spent 20 years working in the software industry, mostly building software for businesses.

I primarily spent time in strategy, product management and engineering management.

I co-founded and ran 3 companies as CEO.

Each was acquired. The last one was acquired by Amazon Web Services.

I’m married and have 3 children and 2 dogs.

I currently live in Chagrin Falls, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio.

I spend my days raising kids, managing investments and working on another startup.
